Are you a dry hire bartending service?

Yes... for now anyway (still working on that on our end). WTE operates as a dry hire bartending service. This means we provide professional bartenders, bar set up, mixers, and cocktail ingredients, but all alcohol must be supplied by or purchased by the client. We DO NOT sell alcohol in compliance with Texas State Law.

Do you require a deposit to book?

Accepted Answer

Yes. A 25% non‑refundable deposit is required at least 21 days prior to the event date to secure your booking.Your event is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.

How many hours are included?

Accepted Answer

All packages include 4 hours of bartending service.Additional service time is available for $125 per hour.

Do we separate drinking guests vs. non drinking guests for pricing?

Accepted Answer

Pricing and inventory planning are based on total guest count, not the number of drinking guests.This ensures we bring adequate staffing, mixers, ice, and supplies to support smooth service throughout the event.Separating drinking vs non‑drinking guests often leads to shortages during service, especially at family events and quinceañeras.

Can WTE serve non alcoholic drinks to kids?

Yes — with the Refreshment Package. This allows us to serve non‑alcoholic beverages while keeping cocktail ingredients properly stocked for adult guests.

Do you provide sodas and juices for ALL guests?

Accepted Answer

Mixers provided with our bartending packages are reserved for cocktail preparation only.For events with non‑drinkers or children (such as quinceañeras and family events), we recommend adding our Refreshment Package, which provides soda, juice, and water specifically for general guest consumption.

What is the Refreshment Package?

How many Cocktails/Mixed Drinks can we choose?

Each event includes up to 3 custom cocktails.Additional custom cocktails can be added for an additional fee.Limiting cocktail options helps ensure fast service and proper inventory management.

Can WTE pick up the alcohol for us?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Our Alcohol Concierge Service includes alcohol planning, pickup, and transport. Alcohol is purchased on your behalf and reimbursed at cost.

Question 10

Does WTE Travel outside of El Paso Metoplex area?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We serve El Paso and surrounding areas. Events outside the El Paso metro area may require a travel fee, which will be included in your custom quote.

Is WTE Insured?

Yes, we can include event liability insurance. However, this is included with our Premium Elixir Package.
